Local Republican Leaders Endorse Chris Lancaster for State Assembly
February 4, 2010 - One week after the announcement of his candidacy for the 59th State Assembly District, Republican Business Leader Chris Lancaster is earning the support of local Republican leaders, including: Claremont Councilmember Peter Yao and all four Republican members of the Mt. San Antonio College Board of Trustees (Board President Dr. David Hall, Vice President Judy Chen Haggerty and Trustees Rosanne Bader and Fred Chyr).
“Chris Lancaster will be a strong voice for the taxpayers,” declared Claremont Councilman Peter Yao. “We can count on him to fight for our local communities at the State Capitol.”
“I’m proud to endorse Chris Lancaster for State Assembly,” said Mt. San Antonio College Board Trustee Rosanne Bader, wife of former Republican State Assemblyman Charles Bader. “He will bring solid business experience and common sense ideas to the State Capitol.”
“It is an honor to earn the support of these outstanding Republican leaders,” stated Lancaster. “It’s time to end the spending spree in Sacramento, reform California’s bloated government bureaucracy and unleash the power of our small businesses to create jobs.”
Former Senator and California Republican Assembly President Richard Mountjoy has also joined in endorsing Chris Lancaster’s candidacy for the 59th Assembly District.
