Reverend Mark Blue, President of the Buffalo Branch NAACP and Pastor of Second Baptist Church in Lackawanna, New York, has been recognized with the FBI's 2022 Director's Community Leadership Award (DCLA). The award acknowledges Reverend Blue's exceptional dedication and support to the Buffalo community, including his role in the committee for the Buffalo 5/14 Survivors Fund.
