Leadership: What the Readers Think

One of the interesting functions of the Kindle is the ability for the feedback via highlight.  In other words, if the function is used by the reader, the Kindle reports back what the reader has found valuable in the text.  Thus far, our leadership book (Leadership: Texas Hold ‘em Style) has received the following highlighted feedback.

“Management is the development of work through people; and, leadership is the development of people through work.”
