Have a great idea related to human capital? During my presentation at the MHS Conference, “Human Capital: Achieving Greatness in a Mission-Focused Organization,” I introduced our new e-mail box as a means to communicate your great ideas or issues with us in the Chief Human Capital Office.
Human capital is a broad profession that considers all types of topics related to employment, such as recruiting, onboarding, training and education, leadership, compensation, employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, technology, work/life programs, safety, diversity, and legal compliance.
If you have a great idea in one of these areas, or if you know about a best practice, we’d love to hear about it. Send a note to us (Military Health System Office of Human Capital) at humancapitalofficeideas@tma.osd.mil. We monitor this e-mail box and will consider each idea sent to us. We’ll discuss the issue with the needed stakeholders and get back to you with a solution/update.
