High Technology Crime Training Conference

Editors Note: Leadership in the 20th century is going to require all leaders to have an understanding of technology issues.

High Technology Crime Investigator's Association (HTCIA) Training Conference

The 2006 High Technology Crime Investigator's Association (HTCIA) Training Conference and Expo, is being held in Cleveland, Ohio, October 30, 2006 through November 1, 2006.

This year's event is our 20th anniversary of being a non-profit professional organization devoted to the prevention, investigation, and prosecution of high tech crime. We have over 3,000 members through out the world. Attendees are registering from the entire world for this important training event.

Chief of Police & Director of Public Safety. He retired as Chief of Police of the Webster Texas Police Department. He is the CEO of the Keller Consulting Group, Government Consulting Services. He has written numerous articles on Leadership and Policing for various publications. He has been an instructor at the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas at Sam Houston State University. He has extensive media experience and has been a guest on ABC’s “Good Morning America”, CBS’s “Today Show” and CNN "Larry King Live". He is committed to “ethical, professional leadership” and assisting other organizations in meeting the demands of the 21st Century. He lives on the coast of Texas and is an avid saltwater fisherman.
